I’m really excited that I’m a senior and I’m ready to go out into the world, to actually pursue the goals that I have for myself, and to better the people and the places that I encounter.

You really have to remind yourself that we're all the same in one way or another. You may not agree with everyone all the time, but that doesn't mean that others are wrong, or wrong for thinking what they think.

A lot can go wrong in nature from our perspectives, but then you start to realize that even though it could have possibly hurt me, it's something that actually benefited nature. You wouldn't really want to be caught in a blizzard, but that’s how that ecosystem functions.

We bring a presence in the energy into the room. If you have an upbeat personality, it brings everybody up. If you're sad, come with us, and you won't be sad anymore.

I use my creative side to inspire new forms of problem solving – that’s ultimately what the greatest physicists do. More often times, surprisingly enough, the science side inspires my creative side.

My personal definition of success is knowing that when you moved up in the world, you also brought people up with you. That's when you know that you're successful.

Life as a creative being is feeling everything around you and finding a way to express that – getting rid of emotional debris and making something beautiful for others.

Music is a feeling of pure joy. I love that it encompasses every sense we have. Music is very visual. Obviously, it's auditory. But it's also very kinesthetic as well. Especially with the harp, I can feel every note that I'm playing.

To be a college student in the year 2020 means that you get to find new ways to make big impacts in the world. The world is in your hands as a college student, and you have things you couldn't even imagine at your fingertips. Do with it what you will, and do big things.

I want to bring people together to collaborate, to create great things together.

I believe technology has the power to bring people together. I study humanities because technology alone is not the answer. When you marry technology with the arts, that's what makes us more human – and that’s how the world can be a lot better.

I was raised to help others; it was foundational in my interest in medicine. My volunteer roles have reaffirmed why I wanted to go into medicine, and have driven my continued efforts toward that role.

You live so much more when you're in college. People say that it's the best time of their lives – it's actually true. Every second, there's always something happening. You're always thinking.

We can change how people think. We don't have to just label somebody – "he's a bad kid, he's a troublemaker, he got kicked out of school” – and toss them away.

I’m inspired by stories. I'm really big on learning about people's journey and what exactly has led them to where they're at now, and where they think they'll be in the future.

Travel has taught me that I’m a lot more confident than I think I am. I’m really adaptive and with the knowledge that I have, I can thrive in environments that are unfamiliar to me.

I see medicine as an art form, and I see dance as a language. Dance is a way of gauging my audience, and learning to be cognizant of what they’re looking for. I’m hoping to take the [communication] skills I learned through dance to present a problem or a situation to medical patients, in a way that has tactfulness and clarity.

The most exciting thing about being a college student has been meeting as many different people as possible; they all come from different walks of life.
